It wasn't that warm, and Ian looks pretty miserable as he sits, wrapped up, at the 7th tee, having watched Jas play and waiting for Dan to tee off:
There was another runaway trolley incident - Jas had obviously forgotten to switch the power off as he putted out on the 11th and had to race - well, hurry a bit more than usual - to catch his Powacaddy as it headed off towards the trees beside the practice area near the 12th tee:

Now to the stats:
1) My first weekly win since 1st July last year and I equalled the season's best gross score so far of 75, achieved by Ian Sharp on 21st April.
2) Ian D's 3rd week in a row with 37 points - which also moved him 2 points ahead of his rival John M in to a clear 3rd place.
3) Ken P has been given a new Banchory handicap of 15! This is the man who was playing off 12 out of Abu Dhabi a couple of seasons ago. I suspect he tried to justify it by only scoring 32 points.
4) Ken B's first DoD since 15th July last year, narrowly managing to avoid the lowest score of the season.
4) Six Scots could only aggregate 179 points and were soundly beaten by the Rest of the World, with 204 points.
5) It was the first time for a long while that we managed to play a nice round total of 3 fourballs.
6) The top 4 on the leader board are still ever-presents this season.
7) Ian D hasn't scored below 30 this season - and nor have I. Keith, John McW and Gordon are in a similar position, although they've played a bit less. Gordon has only played 3 times, and has scored 32 points on each occasion.
Dick took advantage of Ian's wretched evening - I've never seen him putt so poorly - and went back to the top of the table. Here's the latest chart, with the lowest scores to drop off in due course in parentheses:
