Greetings once more from Idaho. We popped in to nearby Couer d'Alene Golf Resort yesterday. It's famous for having the world's only floating, moveable, island green to which golfers are transported there and back by boat. The place was immaculate. The rough, such as it was, had absolutely even heights of blades of grass - like Banchory greens on a good summer - remember that?
