Summer Tour XXII, June 2021 - Day 3

Harry reports: "Day 3 started early with 9.00 tee time at Gullane 3. I was a bit concerned that Gullane 3 might prove to be unexciting, but not a bit of it. Possibly the best course of the 3 and again great views down the Firth with the bridges in the far distance. Scores on the day were good - for most. I have mislaid my sheet with all the scores so I am doing this report from memory - hopefully with a few less errors than I exhibited today on the course. Winner on the day was Gordon with 35 (I think). NP winners were Keith and Ian Dring and LD was Ian Dring. The special prize was for Greens in Regulation and this was won easily by Ian D with 10. Overall for the Summer tour there were 4 on a score of 93 sharing 3 place with Gordon getting the 3rd place prize with the best score today. Second was John with 94 and the winner with 96 was Malcolm. As Malcolm is currently the holder of so many trophies he was saying he would be quite happy for someone to volunteer to arrange next years event - no takers yet I believe. Thanks to everyone for attending this years Summer Tour. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did. Brace yourselves for an email in a day or so with all the grisly budget details. Just the one photo from Ian from yesterday - too windy, he said:
