Yes, it finally happened - history was made on a beautiful morning at Banchory today when, at the 17th hole, the Maestro hit his tee shot in to the tree on the left and ball plopped down, just short of the Ladies' tee. Yes - Syd had his first ever "Ladies" - and here's the evidence:
