Malcolm showed a bit of a return to form and was 2nd with 32 points and I "collapsed" to 30 points - my lowest score of the week. The Vintage team made it a whitewash against the Venerables. Archie also got the Longest Drive and Malcolm picked up both Nearest the Pin prizes.

After dinner at our hotel last night, we went for a wander and some beers. Dick was in particularly boisterous mood and, on spotting Ride the Bull surrounded by inflatables, he immediately leapt in to action and attempted to vault the fence, which, of course, collapsed - Dick had mistakenly assumed it was solid. Undeterred, he then had a go at the Bull itself, with the usual inevitable outcome:
Final night tonight - and prizegiving. It's been a great week, with daily temperatures generally peaking around the 30 C mark. We've all been very impressed by the golf courses too, and we had the added bonus of our accommodation being half board, which allowed us to have dinner or lunch, depending on timing.
