Another fabulous day at our home course. Today's organiser was Kenneth and he decided the top 3 should go out together in a kind of shootout. Frankly, I was too embarrassed to appear in the photo as I was so far behind that I was really only there to act as unofficial referee between the 2 real contenders - Syd and Malcolm:
The shoot-out never really materialised as Syd kept well in front of Malcolm, who needed a minor miracle anyway to catch up. I almost snuck up on the inside of Malcolm as I went to the turn in 20 points, and I finished with a total of 37 points - the equal highest points total of the week, and this was enough to see me win today's prize ball, here presented by Kenneth:
Syd scored a very healthy 35 points on the day to come in second and Malcolm was third with 31 points. All of us managed to improve our top 4 scores, but there's no doubt who the overall winner for the week was - more of that later.
